Octuplets and SIX other children??!!!

I'm not one to judge others without knowing them/all the facts, but this one burned me!!! I watched the announcements of the Octuplets being born, and thought; well it must have happened due to follicle stimulation because no Dr. would do invitro with 8 or more embryos. Yesterday I watched as the experts gave their opinions with the same conclusion I came to. There was no way any of them would have done invitro with that many eggs and they would turn someone away who wanted that, so they also felt it must have been egg stimulation that caused this.

Now this morning I learn that the mother, who is currently living at home with her mother, already has six children (we know nothing about the father)!!!! And here's the kicker...it WAS invitro!!!! Holy Cow!!! I get that there are crazy people out there, so I'm writing the mom off as nuts, but what the heck happened to regulating and having rules about ethics for this for the Drs.??!! What's next...cloning? Know that I have family members and friends that have been helped by fertility specialists, so I know the benefit in using one, but this guy crossed the line. Just MO.

Just found this:

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Property records show the house where the California mother of octuplets lives is under the threat of foreclosure.

Los Angeles County property records show a notice of mortgage default was recorded Feb. 9 against the Whittier home owned by Angela Suleman, the mother of Nadya Suleman, who gave birth to octuplets on Jan. 26.

Nadya Suleman has lived in the home with her six previous children.

The default notice shows Angela Suleman is $23,225 behind in her mortgage payments and the three-bedroom house could be sold at auction beginning May 5.

Angela Suleman's phone has been disconnected and she could not be immediately reached for comment.

Um...I see Jesus.

(I'm starting way more threads on R&R! Hours of entertainment).

I've got another one: Jesus, He Knows Me by Phil Collins. Should I dedicate it? You decide.

LOL, Beth. I say dedicate it to all the "right" people on the internet!!

Uh, Plain, I see a fish!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing is for certain, the rainbow guy is not a bander. He obviously doesn't chew, chew, chew.

One thing I can say about other blogs is that they do have respect for other people's religion. If you don't believe in Jesus Christ, its okay, but don't use the Lord's name in vain. Its just plain wrong. There are other people who may come on this board for help, and read this and be offended.

Be not decieved God is not mocked, everything a man soweth that shall he also reap.

Trell-

I was poking fun at those people who try to get famous or rich by seeing Jesus in potato chips (which I think is crazy/wrong), not Jesus...and I don't think this is what "taking the Lord's name in vain" means. Sorry if you were offended. I embrace everyone's religions/no religion. I'm a believer and my family is involved in church and I can laugh about people who try to get famous by seeing the Lord on a piece of toast or cheese doodle for sale on eBay. You really need to get a sense of humor and learn a little tolerance of others opinions...it comes across as religious intolerance. JMO

I see some damn kids picked at the rainbow and tore a hole in the base.. but I guess fish works too.
