Summer Weightloss Challenge

Hi guys,

I really hoped to code some neat stuff for the new challenge, but with some new challenges in my own life (newly single dad, new pastor, moving to a new house in a new town, you know, little things like that =) ) I just haven't had the chance.

I have, however, set up a new challenge, beginning this Monday and ending ON Labor Day.

On Monday, please weigh in and post your beginning weight here. If you don't want your weight posted, tell me to post it as "0", and we'll only track what you've lost, not what you weigh.

Peace,

Jonathan

P.S. The site is here:

I'm at 254.5 this morning. That is probably thanks to this stupid cold I've been battling that DH passed along to me. Well, however this loss came about, I'll take it! That is 24lbs for the challenge and 50.5 lbs since banding.

I will not be weighing until the last day of the Challenge, Monday, Labor Day.

I'm hoping to be at the century mark by then

I'm down 2 pounds this morning.:banana so -9 pounds for the challenge and a total of 39 pounds since banding! :Bunny :Bunny

I am holding at 218.........I have now lost 92 pounds and I am not banded! these last 8 pounds are killing me! they just don,t want to come off. Im throwing my self aparty when I hit a hundred pounds of weight loss. haha

well every one enough about me... How is every one else doing on meeting your summer weight loss goal? I hope life is treating every good!

Well done everyone!!

Crystal, you challenge is now 2 new NSV's by Labor Day. How's that? No more evil scales for you!!! I know you have had a difficult week with the numbers but feel the LOVE, girl! We support you!!

Now, for me the being below 200 all day long was, indeed a dream. (See my previous post on this thread) So I have not seen the last of the 200's just yet. On the other hand, the scale said an even 197 this morning. That's 3 pounds this week!! and a 10 pound loss so far for the challenge. There was one day earlier this week where I saw 196.8 on the scale, so my 197 isn't my lowest, but it's inching of little by little. I need to measure this week. My big girl shorts are falling off of me. I don't wear them out of the house anymore. :)

First of all, jqpublic, GREAT JOB!!! 92 pounds and not banded is a great accomplishment. I'm proud of you!!

Next, I lost the 1.5 lbs. that I gained last week so I'm back at 185 this week. That's 7 lbs. total for the challenge. At this rate, I don't know if I'll reach my goal of 15 lbs. lost by Labor Day. Good luck to the rest of you though!!!!

Tricia

Well I had to step on and off the scale 3X to get it to behave. It finally gave up and gave me a pound off. (Or maybe that was in the middle of a jump/lean?) Anyway--I'm TAKIN' IT!

Down 1.

NO loss this week. No biggie though. I have been slacking some. Gotta get my exercise going again.

I was 304 this morning... OMG am I ever going to get out of the big 3's.... UGH this is so frustrating... I want a slice of cake!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrr

I went and was officially weighed at the Nutritionist's office and I am now at 199! A total of 27 pounds since being banded and a total of 27 pounds for the challenge! :) WOOOT!! I got out of the 200's!!! I am on cloud 9!

Angie

i gained a pound this week!grrrrrr.....oh well,it was my b-day last week so,i guess thats not TOOOO bad considering all the bad bad food i ate

Way to go bond girl !!!!!! I was at 204 this morning and can't wait to join you in the under 200 club !!! You have had great success. be proud of yourself

Come on ya'll! The water's fine in Onederland! Well done!

Okay, I need to post a couple of NSV's. I think this is my first official NSV post, although I suppose I have been having them fairly regularly...compliments from people, etc etc

My shoes are too big. My feet just don't fill them up anymore. My slippers slide off or I sling them off as I walk around in them at home, and my dressier slides are way big, my feet are just swimming in them! Huh.

AND my pants are dragging. I guess I just have less butt to keep them pulled up off the ground? My clothing choices these past years have been sloppily big, I'll admit, and so these pants are now under the heels of my too big shoes. They get wet at the hem if it's rainy outside. And not just from splashing, I'm walking on the backs of these things! Wowza! Of all the NSV's to catch my attention...I'm a bit more dumbfounded than excited, but still happy!! :D

only 2 NSVs? piece of cake!

I got another fill today before heading off to ID. Again, the scales didn't move.

Heh, you and Jack. I wish I paid better attention...be sure to post at least 1 NSV in lieu of your weight on Mondays. Deal?

How's your fill doing you?

Just a few weeks left, ya'll! Can't wait to see the final list on Jonathan's website. Looking and feeling so good!!!!
