Tracy - You will be one of the First "August All-Stars" Best of luck to you.

My surgery was March 24th, my sister-in law just had her surgery yesterday. She is doing well.

YAY! Keep us posted.

HI TRACY! I thought your surgery was this week. Congratulations! Please let us know how you are doing. I appealed Horizon BC BS of NJ regarding the 6 month diet. Sometimes being a pack rat pays off. I had a lot of documentation from a lot of the diets I was on. I also sent them 20 pages of Jenny Craig notes. All total I sent the 47 pages! I must have backed up their fax for an hour. They reversed the decision yesterday. Now I am just trying to get my surgery date. Good luck and best wishes to you as you start your journey to good health,

good luck Tracey ... My surgery is in 12 hrs:eek:

Congratulations, and Welcome to Bandland!!:cursing:

I didn't get my 1st fill untill 8 weeks after surgery. My Dr said this was the healing time for my tummy and band.

It will get better, just try and keep hydrated. Maybe some warm broth will help.
