This is me - 20-ish (who's counting?) pounds lighter. NO pre-op diet - this is all after the band. I am very happy with my progress. :biggrin2: slow and steady!

Looking at pics always helps motivate me. I do chuck this up to a better camera angle though. I don't think it is quite as noticeable as the pics make it look but it makes me feel better anyway! :smile2:
