I'm from Erlanger, KY...right outside Cincinnati, OH. But I'm getting banded by Dr. Ortiz in T.J.

My surgery is set for August 7th with Dr. Alldredge in Salt Lake City, Utah.. I'd love to be apart of the August group as well!
