Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share what I realized yesterday: I am 2/3 of the way to my goal weight. Sounds good when you say it that way, doesn't it?!

That is great. Congratulations! I am getting close to the 2/3 mark. I am at 61.8%. I love my band.

I am a little over half way there at 55% of my weight gone. Another nice NSV is that I was able to buy clothes in size 22 yesterday. Haven't seen 22 in 18 years. Woo-hoo!

Speaking of getting names wrong - my last name is Vande Hei, so you can imagine how people butcher that! The best one is this: I have a friend named Chris Behrend. He got a Reader's Digest in the mail addressed to "Chris Rearend"! Classic!
