Good luck to you!! you'll do just fine. I was a little scared when I was banded. It's been 12 days so far. Friday is my last day on full liquids. Where are you getting banded?

Hi Kids!!!! Hope all the June Jazzies are doing great. For all that have had surgery, hope things are falling into place and you are getting used to your new life with the band.

Good luck to all who are having surgery this week and next. I have a feeling this is the best thing I've ever done. Some complications...but not related to the band. (Surgeon did some other work while he was in there).

I haven't been to this thread for a week. Been put on a strict "do absolutely nothing besides walk" 8 week plan by my surgeon. Long story but the only way my inners will heal. Anyway, at the lake 6 days out of 7 and will check in again next week.

HildaM: This is just a list of the dates the Jazzy Junes are banded. I call it the line up. I have put your name on the 13th.

There is also a thread for you to PM message Snuffy65 with your pre surgery weight, your current weight and your waist size and I think your goal weight. He is done a spreadsheet that is awesome!

I can't beleive it is here. I am geting ready to take a shower, get my stuff together and take off :embaressed_smile: Since I am having a hernia repair done (and the surgeon has told me repeatedly, I will be in significantly more pain then a normal lap band surgery ) I will most likely be spending the night.

I'll update when I get home.

300!!!! Holy Cow!!! That's incredible. I remember when we were in the 50's. Boy, did the Lap Band factory have a good month here! Ha ha!

Good luck all you soon to be bandsters!!! It's ok to be a little nervous, but 2 weeks out and I feel like I almost didn't even have surgery (minus the major but much improved difference in eating!).
