Hi everybody,

I just wanted to share that I am officially not plus sized. This was a milestone for me and I'm very excited about it. I bought new clothes last night in the Misses section and it felt so strange. But in a good way!

I've discovered that no one wants to hear about my weight loss, it makes my overweight brother upset because he's still waiting for his band and even skinny people who I thought cared, don't seem interested, so I just tell my lapband friends.

It is a great feeling. I'm still in the 16/18 wide sizes, but I'm loving it. Hope to more over to the misses Dept. soon!

The misses X-large size is really not very big!

I think I maybe able to squeeze into a size 18 regular size.

It's weird isn't it? I can't seem to adjust to getting smaller clothes. My best friend thinks I'm nuts wanting to hold onto some of my older clothes.

She said "go buy new stuff!!!!"

Something I learned a long time ago was to only keep clothes around in the size that I am. I spent so much time hating my body and not being happy with it when it was actually a pretty decent body and I don't want to be like that any more. Accepting the size I am and buying close that fit the me that I am is part of htat.

Congratulations! I am just now getting to the point where I can wear XL size shirts. It's an amazing victory and you deserve to celebrate. If your real life friends don't recognize this than definately come here!!!
