Hi and welcome here! Can't wait to hear about your surgery, I'm right behind you so I want details, lol!

P.S. I live in San Antonio, Texas.

Hi

I live in Uvalde. I had my surgery in S.A. with Dr. Pilcher with New Dimensions/Health for Life Center on Jan. 15th. I am 6 wks. post-op. Your going to do great! Can't believe how well it has gone already. I have had 2 fills, not painful at all, just a little soreness for a day or so. I just started on solid food this week. My Dr. is strict on full liquids, or as he says if it will go thru a straw. I got hungrier by the end. But also lost weight really well. So good luck! Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello,

Good luck! I'm starting the process and look forward to hearing from this forum all about what to look forward to. I'm an RN in Florida. Can't wait to get started!

Hey, Ya'll from Dallas! I was banded in Sept '07 and I can tell you that this is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. This path has not really been that difficult for me...grateful! I will say the hardest part is chewing 50 million times and eating s...l...o...w...l...y. It remains a struggle. Sometimes, I create trouble for myself by eating too quickly. I just want to say that you will do well if you use your tool properly. Stay on this board for support.
