I did it!

I made the first appt for the consult for banding. This was a HUGE step for me as I was always so ashamed of my weight and not being able to control it. I have my first apt on March 7.....can't wait but still scared to death too. The first half of my life I have been heavy....so here's to my second half of my life!!:)

    Congrats Shadow, that is def.. the first step. I am waiting on my insurance to approve it can take up to 6 weeks but it will all be worth it in the end..
