Hello from MA!

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself! I've been researching lap band for two years now, and I am ready to take the plunge. I have my first info session on January 28th,and I can't wait! I've been a "lurker" on here for quite some time, and am looking forward to joining in on the bandwagon!:kiss2:

Hi!!

I am from MA to!! I attended the Dr. Glasgows seminar today and I have my first appt. next week. To tell you the truth I never really thought about lap band, my husband said I have been brainwashed from watching a Big Medicine marathon, and all the other obesity shows. I am tired of being the chubby girl, I have difficulty losing weight because I have PCOS so need a little help. I am just hoping for the Best!!!

Oh man, I have PCOS,too. It makes things so difficult. That's one of the major reasons I'm getting this surgery-I want babies someday!

What hospital does Dr. Glasgow work at?Are you excited?

:mad:PCOS really sucks!!! All of my symptoms are under control except I can't lose the weight, it is so hard. I am so tired of being the chubby girl!! I have 4 kids, I think I was lucky with my pregnancies.

I am very excited but at the same time scared of getting dissapointed. What if I have insurance problems or something:(( I hope not!!

(Waving from her corner of Western MA.) Hopefully I will be on the lap band wagon soon too. Just waiting to get in with my primary to get the process started (again).
