Menstrual cravings

Has any women had crazy cravings while menstruating??

I’m 5 weeks out RNY

I was 4 days late & cramps are way worse than they were pre-surgery. Heavier flow also.

My cravings are going crazy & restriction has not really been kicking in which is strange af.

Absolutely! For me there was nothing to be done about it so I just ride the wave.

I did not have any craving for the first few months, but after month 6 I have been craving fried food, not like pre op which was usually orange juice or chocolate.
