My first doctors appointment was June 6 2022 I weighed in at 245 lbs. (I am 5’4). Got on a diet before surgery and was down to 217 on surgery day November 30 2022.
Now almost six months later I weigh 145!I’ve lost 100 lbs total, 72 since my surgery. My BMI is officially in the normal range. I am 15 lbs away from my goal weight of 130. I feel great! If anyone wants me to share before and after pics I would be happy to! Thanks for taking the time to read about my journey!
