How to know when full after liquid diet?

So i’m on my broth stage and i don’t really know when i’m full to stop eating. my stomach kind of rumbles?
Also when having broth should you wait every 15 minutes to sip on the broth. Same thing with protein milk or just sip at a pace you like? i don’t understand. Please please sleevers help me! comment below.

you're not going to feel full on a liquid because it goes right through you. You likely won't feel restriction until you get the solid food stage. Untll then, just drink (or once you move on to purees, eat) whatever is recommended in your clinic's plan. And no, you don't have to wait every 15 minutes before sipping broth.

When I started the puree stage I began getting a runny nose or sneezed when I was full. When you start real foods you will feel your restriction for sure. You have to begin to eat a lot slower so you find the restriction point for you.
