    I'm on day 4 of my 2-week liquid diet. It has been rough. I'm not a fan of the broth but found that adding a bit of soup base and seasonings helps. I get now why people have posted about mourning their former life (even though I haven't even had surgery yet). There's no way around this though, I just have to keep pushing through. It's comforting to know that others are going through this with me!

    May 27!! Very excited to get this phase over and done with so I can ise this tool and continue on my lifestyle change.

    Now that I'm a little over a month away, Ive been practicing eating slowly and chewing thoroughly [emoji28].

    I..am..SOOOO..excited!!!!!! My surgery is now 11 days away!!!!!! I keep waiting for the nerves to set in, but honestly, I'm so ready and so excited that I don't think there's any room for nerves LOL

    Surgery twin! Where are you having yours? I'm on a weekend cruise, and start my pre-op on May 1.
