I did reeeaaally runny scrambled eggs and cottage cheese. I dont think I even started with vegetables (cooked or otherwise) until about month 3…but only because of the lack of stomach real estate.

According to my food logs, i also dabbled in smoked oysters (from the can), yogurt and creamed soups.

I was looking to try to add vegetables to help get fiber in my diet, but it sounds like I should wait a while longer and keep taking the fiber supplements. Thanks for the reply :)

At 6.5 weeks I was allowed "regular" foods. I have not had issue with any vegetable I have ate. Probably the first thing I had - but during the soft food stage at 3 1/2 weeks was pickles.

Fish and broccoli (stems cut off and steamed to mush)

Steamed zucchini and squash were my favorite and easy to eat!

I had protein only for my meals and vegetables for my snacks early on to get In some fiber (I still had to supplement though). That seemed to work though so I knew I would meet my protein goals.
