I got pretty tired the first couple of weeks too. Took lots of naps. You are running on a pretty significant calorie deficit and major surgery is hard enough on your body on a typical diet.

I'm 2 weeks post op today. I have no energy at all. I don't get out of breath. Just really tired, even walking to the bathroom. Is this normal? I am getting my protein and water in each day. I am still losing weight.
