Prenatal Vitamins?

For those who take a prenatal everyday for your vitamins, what brand do you prefer and why? Do you take any other vitamins on top of that?

And what about your calcium, what's your favorite?

Are you saying you take a prenatal vitamin instead of a bariatric vitamin? Or in addition to because you are pregnant/trying to get pregnant?

No, I don't take a prenatal at all right now. I'm not pregnant either. But I've heard many post op people will take a prenatal as their "one a day". But actually I just purchased a bottle of vitamins and calcium on here a few min ago. :)

I’m talking the Flintstones with iron until my blood work says otherwise. I loved the sunshine brand from the Vitamin Shoppe while I was prego and nursing or just heavy flow. It wouldn’t work for my bypass now.

I've always taken Centrum Silver or the Walgreens/CVS generic equivalent. Two a day.
