Water sipping

Does anyone find it really hard to continually sip water? It gets me really full and I find it difficult. I used to be a guzzler. But this new sipping is making it hard and I’m finding myself dehydrated. Any tips?

    Just know, it gets better. Try different temps of water. You may find one better than the other. 7 weeks out, I can drink 8 oz in under 10 minutes.

I am there with you. I am having a terrible time with constant sipping. I can't hardly do anything flavored and the thought of sipping more water repulses me. But I do not want to end up dehydrated.

Just know, it gets better. Try different temps of water. You may find one better than the other.

7 weeks out, I can drink 8 oz in under 10 minutes.
