Miscarriage

About three months ago I had a miscarriage after a ivf pregnancy. Since then my Lapland has become soooo tight. I was at a good place with my band. I was able to gain or lose weight. In the last 3 months I lost 33lbs. I weigh now 187. Im greatful for the weightloss but its torture. Anyone have experience with this? Can I still get back to myhappy place without touching the band?

I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I don't have a lap band so I can't help, but I did want to offer my sympathy.
