Hi y'all what did u guy's eat at 4 weeks out? im still on liquids only
I did my surgery in Mexico and the diet from here is way different from mex

Are they saying you still can only have liquids at 4 weeks out? I don't think I could eat anything at that point?

Is because I've been reading here that at 4 week diet they are doing purees

post-op progression varies a lot between surgeons. They had me on purees as soon as I left the hospital, but most people are on liquids for the first two weeks (sometimes more), before moving on to purees.
