Once you're on full liquids, protein hot cocoa! I found that warm drinks went down more easily than cold (especially in the beginning), so if you have trouble drinking cold protein shakes (or just get tired of them), try protein hot cocoa. The BariatricPal brand is really good, but you can also get protein hot cocoa on Amazon (I like ProtiDiet brand). You can boost the protein even more by making it with Fairlife milk instead of water.

Good luck!!

Good Luck! I liked Isopure Dutch chocolate.

Good luck! I struggled with protein right after surgery. I drank a lot of Fairlife skim milk and Pedialyte.

Thank you so so much for the info ❤️❤️

I hope your surgery went well and you are recovering at home or will be soon. I hated the taste of the protein shakes right after surgery. They all tasted way too sweet to me so I did a lot of the clear protein drinks (premier protein fruit punch was my go to) I found on Amazon. There are tons of clear protein options. Probably as many brands as there are of shakes.
