I’m not going to kick myself over it. For now I guess I’ve got to continue the keto journey even if i do not feel well most of the time. Because I’ve passed out once and almost again yesterday, I am going to call the general doctor tomorrow to schedule an appointment before surgery. Because I don’t think things are right with my body. The bariatric clinic says it is not the diet but I am not convinced of that. It may be that some people just cannot do well on a plan that has only 10 grams of carbs per day and 700 calories. I mean, I am 65 years old.
