Many surgical groups offer in person groups. I kinda consider boards like this one a support group.

I definitely consider this my support group. With COVID, I think in person options are pretty slim. Coming to this board regularly helps me to keep focused on my goals and the process. I have learned so much here and hope to pay that forward.

This is MY support group. I like how everyone is very respectful of each other. We were all given different diets/plans to follow by our docs. Everyone seems willing to answer questions, and tell their stories, and it helps a lot.
