I’m starting my full stage liquid but my doctor didn’t explain how does full liquid stage work or how do it I need guidance thank you so much

Everyone's plans are different. I would call your doctor to see exactly what they want you to do.

Call your doctor, ask him/her to prepare written instructions and either have it emailed to you or go pick it up.

This is what my surgeon gave me...your mileage may vary! Protein shakes, Milk 1% or less (I recommend Fair Life), Greek Yogurt in addition to the clear liquids (Bariatric Clear Liquids, Broth, De-caf Coffee or Tea, Diet Jello). I highly recommend looking into the Bariatric Hot Cocoa from this site or Amazon. I also recommend Swanson Sipping Bone Broth at this stage.
