Hello I am almost 6 months out. I am still doing 3-4 oz of chicken/turkey/ fish. I can't really eat steak without getting too full quickly. I have not tried to eat pork yet. I don't know if I will. I still get full very easily with just small portions.

3 months out and don't have any trouble with pork. If you like it, try it. Great protein.

Sounds like we're at about the same place. 3-4 oz of grilled chicken and i'm stuffed! I'm the same way with steak too. It just feels so heavy on my stomach!
