Protein Pancakes

Has anyone on here tried the bariatric pal protein pancakes? I tried them this morning for the 1st time. I was mixing it up, and said to myself, well I would have to have 2 of these envelopes. Yeah right, I couldn't even finish the 1 pancake it made. I only ate 3/4th of it, and was stuffed.

Oh I will have to try this one. Is it sold by this site?

I make my own with old fashioned oats, egg whites, cottage cheese and baking powder....zap it in the blender and it makes a nice batter.

Cottage cheese for pancake batter? I never heard of this. I love cottage cheese. Could you message me the recipe please?
