Ok everyone I have questions!!
My program requires me to take
* Bariatric Multivitamin
* Calcium Citrate
* Vitamin B12
* Probiotic
* Iron
* Vitamin D
Where does everyone buy their vitamins? Specifically the Multivitamin and Calcium??
Also, had anyone tried the Nectar fruity flavors? What do they taste like?? I read somewhere on here that they taste like juice rather than milky protein shakes. Can anyone confirm this?? I am so over milky chalky protein shakes.
