Balancing Weight Loss With Working Out
My surgeon cleared me yesterday to start working out. I went ahead and got my 10000 steps and did some squats, jumps, and knee highs. Nothing too strenuous. I also upped my water a bit. Today I gained almost a pound. I just finished a stall so this is a bit stressful. My question is will this even out or do I need to be doing something extra?
