Liquid stage drinks that are savory

Can we have protein soups in the first two weeks if we strain them? I tried a few from a bariatric liquid diet and I like them WAY more than shakes.

Yes, you can have protein soups like that without straining. The tomato protein soup is pretty good too. Any soup with noodles or solids would need to be strained. When you hit puree stage you can just throw any soup in a blender and it will be ok.
