TimeToFeelFit got a reaction from Penny1966 in Surgery Scheduled and Telling No One
Some people thrive off of support. Some find their way best on their own. I am in the latter group. Only my husband knows and he is the only one who will ever know. It’s no ones business as far as I’m concerned. You do what is best for you! If you lose weight quickly and questions start, say “Thanks! I’m working hard at it”. And you know what? You will be telling the truth! You got this girl! Do it your way. However it works best for you is the “right” way.

TimeToFeelFit got a reaction from Lane1988 in HUNGER question- help!
I am two months out from my surgery date and I can eat WAY more than two bites! I’ve noticed many people post about eating half an egg and things like that. That is definitely not me. That said, I am not eating as much as I was, so I am definitely losing weight. Try to concentrate on your improvements. Our bodies are all different and we won’t react the same to the surgery.

TimeToFeelFit reacted to Lanie992 in 2 week Liquid Diet Cheat
There is nothing you can do now about it - don't feel guilty. It solves nothing. A lot of the feelings of guilt lead to depression, then overeating in people with addictions to food. So don't look back -- only look ahead. You can't change it, so don't waste your time with it or risk doing it again by getting yourself down.
Just concentrate on sticking to the diet from here on out. Chin up! Good luck! And let us know how you're feeling once you have the surgery!! Much ❤ to you.
