Pre-Op Diet

Hello everyone, I start my pre-op diet right after thanksgiving on nov 30th and my surgery date is dec11th. I need some good ideas and things to do/ receipe to help me get through it. HELP ME!!!!

    I’m sorry not really recipes but stuff you did to get you through the liquid phase of the pre op and post op part.

I bought a bunch of samples of protein powders -- different flavors and brands. It was nice to get some variety when all my meals were protein drinks.

It looks like since you're asking for recipes that you aren't on a liquid pre-op diet but calorie restricted. I just stuck with the basics like protein shakes and grilled chicken. I honestly didn't cook much and relied on protein shakes. I was determined not to have a fatty liver. How about some cottage cheese? Start eating the foods you'll be eating post-op to be prepared for that lifestyle. Looks like I wasn't much help here . . . I'm not a big cook.
