December 11th GASTRIC BYPASS -
Hello everyone, I start my pre-op diet right after thanksgiving on nov 30th and my surgery date is dec11th. I need some good ideas and things to do/ receipe to help me get through it. HELP ME!!!!

I’m sorry not really recipes but stuff you did to get you through the liquid phase of the pre op and post op part.

Hey lovely ladies, my RNY date has been scheduled for December 11th and I’m actually not worried about things with the surgery but I am terrified of having loose skin. Has anyone that has had the surgery and dropped a lot of weight having an issue?

Hello, I have started the process of moving forward with weight loss surgery and decided to do gastric bypass. I want to know what to expect after having the surgery. I am about 2 months away.
