Pureed food recipes

I'm 9 days post op. I start purees in a few days and was wondering if anyone has some recipes? I'm dreading this, pureed food doesn't seem overly appealing. I'm hoping to make the next stage palatable :)

  • There are quite a few websites with bariatric recipes. I like Bariatric Foodie. Just do a search for bariatric puree recipes and start browsing. https://www.bariatricfoodie.com/category/baria

I was able to have ricotta bake during my purree stage. It's listed on this page.

I just made a smoked salmon spread with 4 oz. salmon, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/3 cup ricotta, peeled and diced cucumbers; capers for flavor and dill weed for flavor. Ran it through the bullet. Four 2 oz servings, 9 g protein; 2 g fat, 80 cals. It was good and flavorful. The fish did not fall completely apart so it gave me something to actually chew.
