Food Schedule

Hi All!
I had my vsg on 9/8/20 and so far everything has been going great. I can drink my protein shakes and water with no pain or problems. Sometimes i think Im doing something wrong because shouldnt i feel restriction if i chugg my water/shakes . My concern is my eating schedule , since i dont feel hungry im not sure when to have a shake or a jello, popsicle etc. for my pre-op diet i had a hourly schedule i was following , now im lost :/ . Any suggestions or advice ?

You aren't likely to feel restriction with liquids unless you consumed a significant amount in a short period time. Liquids slip through the stomach fairly quickly. Don't chugg you should be sipping slowly.

My doctor gave me what he called Food Bootcamp:
