I see a lot of people eating scrambled eggs in the purée phase. For me they felt too heavy in my new stomach, so I have started eating them like this instead.

    Stage 2 can vary between programs. What is stage 2 for you? What foods are on your list? Dietiican provide any tips as to cooking/processing methods?
