Sucks for you and many others whose surgery has been cancelled.

I wouldn't say the country is losing it's mind though, more of case of being practical to protect patients and staff as well as ensuring beds may be availabile for victims of the virus if needed.

That's dreadful! I'm so sorry to hear that. I was so excited when I got my surgery date and I went into it without any fear. I know how you must feel.

But please stay on your diet. I was put on a diet the day I got my surgery date and I didn't cheat at all. I found my weight loss before surgery was FASTER than my weight loss after surgery! Go figure!

Good luck my friend.... you WILL have this surgery. Meantime, D-I-E-T You have to diet after surgery anyway!!

The country is saving lives by postponing elective surgeries. Fighting Coronavirus needs every piece of personal protection equipment for treating infected people and testing.
