I also recommend sleeping well. If you have issues sleeping at night it actually compromises your immune system so it's actually true that a good nights sleep will do you wonders!

Well you increase it slowly cuz it will give you the poops and it might make you ravenously hungry. LOL.

Wow I had honestly forgotten about this post. Since posting my body has settled down and I'm back to having a drink and a few lines every other Saturday night. Just cos I'm skinny now doesn't mean I should have to give up on my fun times. I understand not everyone will approve of my choices but the way I see it I do it in a safe environment where I'm not harming anyone or throwing it in people's faces

I’ve been in a similar spot where I kept catching colds and felt like I never fully recovered. What helped me most was getting better sleep and cutting out late-night screens, it made a big difference. I also started doing short daily walks and cut back on processed food, and over time I noticed fewer sick days.

Lately I’ve been trying out different things to support my immune system, just experimenting with stuff that might help beyond the usual vitamins. I came across a Qi Coil review while looking into energy healing and alternative wellness stuff. It might be worth a look if you’re open to more natural approaches.

I'd say the four pillars of a healthy immune system are moderate exercise, good sleep, good nutrition and low levels of systemic stress. If you are lacking in one or more of the above areas, then that's likely contributing to a poor immune system.

I personally would focus on those big pillars before focusing on things that don't have much scientific evidence behind them.
