Throwing up after eating

Everytime I eat I feel sick and nauseous.. then I try to throw up and it’s just phlegm, plus I have acid reflux.. is i.t becaise I’m eating fast or not chewing longer ?!?

Probably both. Slooooooow it down and see if that helps....

I've only thrown up twice, and it wasn't really like a full throw up. Both were when I ate one bite too much of food. If I had slowed down I would have known I was full. So hopefully that helps.

I have found that if food is too dry it upsets my stomach than foods that are wetter. Especially meat. Not sure if that is same for you though. I add things like a spoonful of refried beans or cream soup to make my food more moist.
