Did anyone experience sore muscles (mainly leg and glutes) a few weeks after surgery? I'm super focused on hydration right now because I've been lacking the past few days, and now I'm thinking I'm low on protein and that may be the cause? Any ideas appreciated! (I'm taking my vitamins as well as Ferrex 150 mg and vitamin c 75 mg)

You could totally be right!

I'm guessing they're sore from the few days laying in the hospital and not using your stomach muscles as much when you raise from a seated position. When you start exercising again it'll all return to normal.
