VITAMIN C is very good.

Had the same issue 2 days before my sleeve on 1/8. I am prescribed chewable 250 mg vitamin C and literally took 6 a day for those two days. On the morning of surgery I was still a bit sniffly but they went ahead since there was no fever. Good luck!!

[emoji23]I was the same way, unfortunately my 18 month old came down with it right after Christmas (a step family member brought their heavily coughing kid to Christmas eve)... let's just say I was not happy!

Zinc lozenges. They have worked for me.

I know it's not a fashion statement, but you could wear a mask since no one around you is going to be considerate enough to wear one themselves.

I just might. I work at a middle school and I really don’t want to catch what they have.

EmergenC or Elderberry Syrup will help boost your immune system and keep your healthy. Use a mask if you go out around people but mostly stay away from people.
