How much soup is too much soup...?

Soup is a great go to , but I have found that it really goes right through the stomach. So I have avoided cream soups because they tend to be high in calories with no "filling" sensation. That said,

As of today, I’m able eat about 3/4 of a coffee cup (I’m guessing volumewise it’s a little under a cup). Overall, I feel fine after eating it (i.e. - no “stuck food” feeling or anything).
Should I be able to intake/handle that much at this point in my recovery? It seems like more than I should be able to, but I imagined I’d feel gross if that was the case.
