  1. Hello All! I’m 2 weeks post-op and noticing that I’m feeling hungry (or at least I think I am) every 90-120 minutes. When I am eating, I’m eating high protein foods/liquids. How long should I be “lasting” after meals? I don’t want to feel like I’m starving, because then I’m afraid I will overeat when I finally do eat. Is this normal? Have others experienced this? Thanks!

  3. Greetings! I’m just shy of two weeks post-op (VSG @ Mayo Clinic) and per their nutrition guide I’ve introduced low-fat creamy soup into my diet. Not gonna lie, it’s a very welcome change since the first week. As of today, I’m able eat about 3/4 of a coffee cup (I’m guessing volumewise it’s a little under a cup). Overall, I feel fine after eating it (i.e. - no “stuck food” feeling or anything). Should I be able to intake/handle that much at this point in my recovery? It seems like more than I should be able to, but I imagined I’d feel gross if that was the case. Thanks, All!
