I am trying to keep my mind from going to this negative place but getting so down on myself. In my head I would be below 300 by 3 months out and it looks like that is not going to happen. I have a conference and plane ride the first week in January that I was hoping to fit much better in plane seats for.
Any one out there as heavy as me and lost this slow and still made it to goal? I love what this surgery has done for my ability to conquer my eating addiction but don’t understand why the weight is not falling off when I am eating so little. I just need to get over the pace this is happening for me and just know it WILL happen if I stay the course. It just makes it harder to beat the head games when success is so much slower than expected. I need to stay strong and need sone help!
