What surgery did you have? Is avocado on your food list?

While its a good fat, avocado is high in fat and maybe the calories may be too high for you at this point in time? Mybe the high fat content may not agree with you? There isn't any protein.

If its a small amount it may be okay. Perhaps check in with your dietician/nutritionist or your surgeon's office???
