Tracking food

Hi, I want to start logging my foods to get away from my terrible eating habits. Which app is best to use that works well on Samsung phone?

Britastic is great.

Im not sure if the app works on a samsung but I use Carb Manager. Another popular one is My Fitness Pal. Personally I prefer Carb Manager because its very visual and organized.

I like Baritastic app

Myfitness pal has been my tried and true. It doesn’t take much effort to log. My foods and recipes have been stored in this app for years.

My fitness pal, i liked it better than Fitbit

Baritastic - here's why. It logs food and water, allows you to track macros easily (so you can keep track of carbs and protein), it logs weight and measurements and I like the way it looks and feels vs MFP. It's specifically designed for bariatric patients.
