Just starting full liquids

I tried having some creamed soup. When eating I got a sharp pain in my stomach.

It stopped once I stopped eating. But it still concerned me. Is this a common thing?

Is that just my stomach telling me that I'm full and I shouldn't have any more?

Or should I be concerned?
