Campbells green label cream of chicken soup with almond milk . Very filling

its the one with the green banner instead of label... It is the 99percent fat free one

Pho broth was a lifesaver for me.

I would not be to concerned about the fat free - but be careful dont get crazy on creams or thick stuff - My savor was my nutria bullet - I would take vegetable soup or thin soups and blast them to liquid, It is really hard to find a fat free soups - Try and stay away from the Cans of soups - I found Whole foods to have a good variety of soups that you can puree.

My savor was pudding

well excuse me!!!!! savior or savor?

I’m three weeks post op and I’m loving fat free toffee yoghurt, water melon protein drink ( it’s not milky) , home made chicken soup, carrot soup, cottage cheese ( the excitement!!) and stewed fruit!

Hooked on phonics failed me - Did not complete the course

lol

i really enjoyed bone broth

Had my surgery the same day and also feeling so hungry. Hope you’re doing well!

1 week post op what saved me was going to sprouts and getting there chicken noodle soup mainly broth , straining it and measuring 2oz every few hours was soo amazing! And 2 weeks post op i could no longer do protein drinks so i ate protein yogurt some brands were higher protein less sugar than others i always made sure to stay under 15grams of sugar per anything. Best of luck!
