2 days out with a few questions

Hi all.

I’m 2 days out and doing pretty well. My nerve block wore off so I’m quite sore getting up and down but that is doable.

Now my questions
With each sip my stomach sound like an alien is in there...normal?

What is the minimum amount of liquids that must be consumed to avoid dehydration?

    Mine does the same thing (3 years out), and I agree with what @VIKING 0424 said about water.
