Same protein requirements as VSG (60-90 g) but that powder is calorically very dense. For a single serving its ~1600 cals and 84g protein.

That may be well over your limits, ask your Team for clarity

Thanx alot i will shop around a bit more for the perfect product. Im 1 of those people who never read the back label so i guess i have to start reading them
